By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive your selected product(s) on a recurring basis, with automatic billing to the payment method provided at checkout.

Clear & Transparent Opt-In

Enrollment in our subscription program is completely optional. Subscription options are clearly displayed on each product page, and your selection is confirmed again during checkout. We do not enroll customers in subscriptions without explicit consent.

Subscription Billing & Delivery Schedule

When you subscribe, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the stated subscription price on a recurring basis (typically every 30 days, unless otherwise specified). Each billing corresponds with a shipment of your subscribed product(s).

You will receive an order confirmation email after your initial purchase, as well as email notifications prior to each recurring charge.

Promotional Offers & First-Order Bonuses

If you subscribe during a promotional offer (such as Buy One Get One Free or a discounted first shipment), any free or bonus items apply only to your initial order. Future subscription shipments will include only the standard subscribed product(s) and will be billed at the regular subscription price.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Changes must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to take effect.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Subscription Savings & Benefits

Subscribers may receive exclusive benefits, including discounted pricing, early access to new products, special promotions, or occasional free gifts. These benefits are subject to change and may vary over time.
